Eating around people is always...difficult.
All I do is think, "They're judging you. That bite was too big, they saw that.
They can see your cheeks bulging.
Fat fuck, slow down.
Slow. The. Fuck. Down.
They think you're fat. You disgust them"
I feel the same way! I even hate eating salad because I feel like they think I must be fat from eating something else. I always try to cover my stomach too because I feel like it's growing and people are staring at it. But eating full stop has ruined my life! haha
